step down to simply broths with vegetables, and then clear broths. Some people clean out by drinking a mixture of
lemon juice and honey. They stay on this diet for a period of time that they want to clean out. During this
time, they will be taking something to clean the colon out as well.
It is very important that when you are stopping the cleansing, that you don't jump right back into
food. You will make yourself really sick, and throw your body off. You have to step back up into food,
and you need to eat healthy food. This means going from juice to broth, to broth with veggies, then solid food,
then light meat, then heavier meats as your body can tolerate it. Many people love to do this several
times of year to make sure that they are taking steps to clean from the inside out.
