Dual Action Cleanse is marketed with the claims that it is an effective colon cleanser, but if you believe the many reviews and consumer remarks circulating around the internet you have to downgrade those claims to mere constipation relief. Many users have found that the occasional bout with constipation can be adequately relieved without getting loose stools or excessive diarrhea, but any claims that this two-step system actually cleanses the body of toxins are unfounded by the majority of users.

This is important since a colon cleanse can kill off much of your good bacteria which typically would keep the negative bacteria such as yeast in check.
